📧 Sending Bulk Emails to Subscribers via Klaviyo
Send a one-time broadcast — an announcement, sale, or update — to your subscribers using the saved Appstle email template and the Bulk Communications feature, delivered through your Klaviyo integration.
✅ Before You Begin
Klaviyo connected to Appstle Subscriptions (More > App Integrations). See the Klaviyo guide if you haven't connected it yet.
Appstle subscription events available in your Klaviyo account.
⚙️ Step 1: Create the Bulk Email Flow in Klaviyo
In Klaviyo, create a metric-triggered flow — see the Klaviyo guide for the full walkthrough — then:
Set the trigger to Bulk all subscribers Event from Appstle.
Add an Email action, then select the Appstle email template under Templates > Saved in Klaviyo.
👥 Step 2: Choose the Channel and Audience
In Appstle, go to More > Notification Settings > Bulk Communications. Pick the channel (Email, SMS, or Email + SMS — Email uses your saved template), then choose the audience:
All subscriptions — everyone with a subscription.
Canceled subscribers — ideal for win-backs.
Active subscribers — everyone with a live subscription, ideal for upsells.
Paused subscribers — subscribers who put their subscription on hold.
Expired subscriptions — subscriptions that have completed every scheduled cycle.
High-value subscribers — subscriptions worth at least an amount you set per order.
Subscribers with a product — anyone subscribed to specific products.
Next order before a date — subscribers with an order due before a date you choose.
Advanced rules — build your own audience from any combination of fields.
📨 Step 3: Edit, Test, and Send
In the same Bulk Communications screen, under Email:
Click Edit to update the saved email template — the content that will be sent.
Click Send test to send a test email and confirm it looks right.
When you're ready, send the bulk communication to your chosen audience.
ℹ️ Emails are queued through Klaviyo, and test emails are sent via Klaviyo. Admin notifications require the admin email added as Bcc in the Klaviyo flow.
