Getting Started with the Prints Tab
The Prints tab is the central hub for managing your artwork. From here, you can upload images, organize them into collections, set pricing, and control how they appear in your live shop.
1. Uploading Your Art
To add new work, simply drag and drop your files anywhere on the screen, or click the Upload button in the top right corner.
Supported Formats: JPEG, TIFF, or PNG.
File Size Limits: Up to 100MB for standard accounts, or up to 250MB for Darkroom+ users.
Note: If a file fails to upload, an error notification will pop up to tell you exactly what went wrong.
2. Showing, Hiding, and Deleting Photos
By default, newly uploaded photos are hidden from the public.
Publishing: Click the Eye icon to make a photo live and visible on your public gallery.
Hiding: Click the Eye icon again to instantly remove it from public view.
3. Editing and Customizing a Print
Click on any specific photo to open its editor. Here, you can customize settings for that specific image, including:
Available print sizes, prices, and paper types.
Scheduling a specific release date and time (perfect for a "drop").
Setting limited-time availability or item quantity caps.
4. Rearranging the Order of Your Gallery
Want to change which photos your customers see first?
Hover your cursor over the 6-dot icon on the far right side of any photo row.
Click and drag the photo up or down. Images at the top of your list will appear first in your public gallery.
5. Organizing with Collections
Collections let you categorize your art (e.g., Landscapes, Street Photography) so customers can navigate your shop easily.
Create a Collection: Toggle from 'All Images' to 'New Collection'. Give it a title, upload a cover image, and choose whether to make it visible.
Go Private: You can also create Password-Protected Collections. These are hidden from the general public, allowing you to set a custom password and share it exclusively with VIP clients or followers.
Adding Photos to a Collection: You can organize your photos in two easy ways:
Simply click and drag your photos directly into the desired collection on your screen.
Use the dropdown menu on any individual product row (just click the small arrow icon
vto open the menu) and select your chosen collection.
