Uploading your art to Darkroom

Drag and drop any number of JPEG or TIFF files over your screen while on this tab or press the 'Upload' button in the top right. Each file must be under 100mb to load. If there are any files that fail to upload, there will be a notification as to which error occurred.

Show/Hide/Delete Photos

The 'Show in Gallery' will push the file to a live url of the gallery that will be accessible to the public and 'Hide from Gallery' will remove it. To show, hide or delete multiple photos, click the empty rectangles as in the photo below.

Enable 3D renderings

Darkroom leverages a rendering engine to showcase a creator's work as a 3D file. Toggle the button below the icon titled '3D' to generate 3D file for any image. Darkroom+ accounts can generate up to 100 3D files while Free accounts can generate 1 to see. The asset will usually be generated in <10 minutes and will automatically be live for customers to see.

Edit Product Photos

Click into a specific photo's editor to change sizes, prices or print types available for this image. Note, this will ONLY change those parameters for this singular image. You will not be able to offer any sizes or print types that are not enabled in the 'Pricing' tab.

Changing the order of your photos:

Drag your cursor to the far right of the screen and hover over the icon with 6 black dots. Click this icon and drag each photo up or down. Files placed at the top will appear higher in a creator's gallery.

How to use collections:

Collections are a way to categorize the photos in your Darkroom gallery. When enabled, photos will be displayed as these categories so your customers will have an easier time navigating to the category of your art they are most interested in. Click the toggle between 'All Images' and 'New Collection' to enable this feature. To add a new collection click 'New Collection' and input a title, cover image and choose if it will be visible in the live gallery.

Once enabled, collections will be seen on your gallery and new collections can be added.
