You’ve uploaded your images, set your pricing, and eagerly clicked your public gallery link, only to find it completely empty. Don't panic! This is usually a quick fix.
Let’s walk through the two most common reasons your products might be hiding and how to get them in front of your customers.
1. Check Your Product Visibility (The Eye Icon)
The first thing to check is whether your individual products are set to "visible."
Go to your main dashboard's Prints section.
Look at the icon next to your product.
Ensure it shows an Open Eye icon (visible). If it shows an Eye with a slash through it, your product is hidden from the public. Simply click it to toggle visibility.
2. Is Your Gallery in "Collections Mode"?
If your product is visible but still isn't showing up, it usually comes down to your Collection settings.
On your dashboard, there is a toggle to switch between views (on desktop, it's a toggle for All Images / Collections; on mobile, you'll find the Collections toggle in your dashboard's dropdown menu).
If you have Collections toggled on, your gallery changes how it behaves:
Your public storefront will only display the Collections you have created.
The Catch: If you turn this mode on but haven't actually created any collections yet, your storefront will appear completely empty!
How to fix this:
Create a collection: Make sure you have at least one visible collection set up.
Add your prints: Move your uploaded photos into that collection.
Double-check visibility: Ensure prints inside it have the Open Eye icon enabled.
