You can manage and withdraw your earnings directly from the Cashouts tab in your dashboard. Here is how the process works:
The 14-Day Holding Period: Once you make a public sale (note: sample orders do not generate profit), it takes about 14 days for those funds to process and become available.
Check Your Balance: After the holding period, you’ll see your balance under "Available to cash out" at the top of the page.
Request a Payout: Click the Cash Out button. If you haven't added a PayPal email yet, you'll be prompted to enter one. If you already have one on file, you can confirm or update it.
Confirm: Click "Confirm & Cash Out." Your funds will typically arrive in your PayPal account within a few hours!
📋 A Note on Taxes: Because PayPal is our payment processor, they handle all necessary tax reporting and documentation required by your local government. Any applicable tax forms will come directly from PayPal, not Darkroom. We recommend consulting a tax professional if you have questions about reporting this income.

We chose PayPal because it offers our creators the lowest transfer fees and the most reliable global availability. We are constantly evaluating alternative payout options to give you more flexibility, but our priority will always be ensuring you have the quickest, lowest-cost access to your earnings.
