Darkroom operates as a print-on-demand platform, meaning we hold no pre-made inventory. Every individual print is custom-made specifically for you the moment your order is placed.
Because your print is entirely custom, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an item has entered production.
Here is a breakdown of how the process works and what options are available to you:
🔄 Returns & Refunds
All Sales Are Final: Because each piece of artwork is custom-printed on a per-order basis, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or select the wrong size.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong print due to a production error, please contact our support team immediately with photos of the item. We will gladly issue a free replacement print to make it right!
🛑 Cancellations & Order Modifications
Once your checkout is complete, your payment automatically routes the production costs to our printing partners and deposits the remaining profit directly into the artist's account.
A Very Limited Window: We usually have a very brief window of time on the same day the order is placed to modify a shipping address or cancel an order before it hits the print floor.
No Guarantees: Because our print houses work incredibly fast to ensure quick delivery times, your order may enter production within a couple of hours. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any cancellation or edit request can be fulfilled.
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address or order details, please submit a support ticket immediately with your order number, and our team will do our absolute best to intercept it before production begins.
