First: give it time to activate
After you create mailboxes they don't appear as ready instantly. Provisioning and activation typically take 30–90 minutes, and bulk creation runs in the background without a live progress bar — so an empty or "pending" Email accounts page right after you submit is normal. Refresh after a little while before assuming something is wrong.
If mailboxes show "Failed"
A "Failed" status usually points to the underlying domain not being fully configured yet, rather than a problem with the mailbox itself. Check that:
The domain is Active on the Domains page (mailboxes can't finish on a domain that's still provisioning).
For your own (external) domains, only Maildoso's two nameservers are set at your registrar — no extra nameservers, and not expired ones. See the Domains & DNS guides.
If the domain is Active and nameservers are correct but mailboxes still show Failed, contact support with your account email and the affected mailbox/domain names — we'll re-run provisioning from our side.
If you clicked create but see no mailboxes and no confirmation
Wait a few minutes and refresh once — the job may still be running. If after ~90 minutes there's still nothing (and no error), don't keep re-submitting, as repeated attempts can create confusion about how many were requested. Send us your account email and how many mailboxes you expected on which domains, and we'll confirm whether the job started and fix it if it stalled.
Tip: if you ordered Google Workspace mailboxes, make sure you selected the Google mailboxes option during creation — a domain serves either Google Workspace or Maildoso SMTP, not both.
