A job must be in the Booked stage before it can be cancelled.
Note: Cancelled jobs are not deleted — they are moved to the Archive tab and can be rebooked or duplicated later if needed.
How to Cancel a booked Job
From the Job Details page
Open the job you want to cancel.
Locate the stage drop-down at the top right of the job details page.
Select Cancelled from the list of stages.
From the Job Schedule (Quick View)
Go to the Job Schedule and find the job.
Click on the job to open the Quick View panel.
Select Actions > Update Stage to, then choose Cancelled.
From the Jobs dashboard (bulk cancel)
Navigate to the Jobs dashboard.
Select the checkboxes next to the jobs you want to cancel.
Open the Bulk Actions menu and choose Update Stage To ➡️ Canceled.
After cancelling a job
Once a job is marked as cancelled, you have two options if circumstances change:
Rebook the job: If the customer decides to move forward, you can rebook the original job directly — no need to start from scratch.
Duplicate the job — Use the duplicate/clone option in the Actions menu of the cancelled job to create a copy, useful when scheduling a new move with the same details but wanting to preserve the original version of the job.
