Customer's Suspension History

See a detailed log of when an account was suspended or unsuspended, and whether the action was performed by a user or by the automated system.

Updated over a week ago

  1. From the main navigation menu, go to Customers.

  2. Select the customer whose history you want to view.

  3. Click the Billing tab.

  4. In the Billing details section, click the three-dot menu.

  5. Select either Suspension Proration or Suspension Automation to view the history

Understanding the History Log

The history log shows who updated the account status. If the update was made automatically based on your billing profile rules, it will be listed as “suspension automation job”. If a user manually made the change, their email address will be listed.
