Setting Up Email Alerts When Accounts Are Suspended or Unsuspended

Explains how to request these alerts to be configured from Sigma reporting.

When you enable the Automatic Suspension feature on a billing profile, you'll see a banner stating: "No email notifications. You will not receive an email notification when an account is automatically suspended. If you'd like to be notified about suspended accounts, our team can help set up a report that sends automatic alerts. Please contact support@haulerhero.com for assistance."

On the Edit Customer Billing Profile, this banner appears in the Advanced heading box under Suspensions | Automations when enabled ON

Here's how to request your email alerts to be enabled:

  1. In your email to support@haulerhero.com (or you can use our live chat feature by clicking the blue chat bubble within the Hauler Hero office app!), you'll want to request "suspension automation reports" to be enabled.

  2. Our reporting team will configure this so you'll receive notifications for both account suspension and account unsuspension.

  3. Note: The default notification email will be the one on file in the business profile settings. If you'd like to receive the alerts to a different email, please specify that in your support request.
