Pricing tiers and custom counts
Minimum purchase: 10 mailboxes. This is the smallest quantity you can buy, for both SMTP and Google Workspace mailboxes — on a new plan or as an add-on to an existing one.
Standard packages: 30 mailboxes for $75/month, 300 mailboxes for $225/month, 1,000 mailboxes for $499/month (domains purchased separately). See Do you offer monthly plans? for the full package list.
Custom counts: for specific needs like 75, 90, or 100 mailboxes, use the Custom plan on the Packages & Add-ons page, or contact us with the exact quantity (10 or more) and we'll set it up. Pricing scales by mailbox count: $2.50 per mailbox per month up to 224 mailboxes, $0.75 from 225, $0.50 from 925. For 100 mailboxes the cost is $250/month before tax. Final pricing is shown at checkout; if the in-app price differs from the website, the website is current.
Volume discounts: tiered pricing applies automatically by total mailbox count. For very large setups, contact us for a tailored quote.
Billing cycles and payment linkage
SMTP mailbox billing: SMTP mailboxes are billed monthly (or yearly on some plans). Billing starts immediately upon subscription.
Domain billing: domains purchased through Maildoso are billed separately at $15 per domain per year. See Understanding your bill.
Payment linkage: to link your payment to your Maildoso account, use your Maildoso login email as the contact email during the Stripe checkout. If you pay with a different email, the subscription lands on a separate account record — see I paid but my subscription isn't showing in my account.
Email sending limits and warmup
Mailboxes need a warmup period (about 14 days) before campaign sending. After that, each SMTP mailbox can send up to 15 campaign emails per day (including follow-ups) while warmup keeps running at 80/day. A mailbox is automatically deactivated if its total sending — warmup, campaign and replies combined — exceeds 100 emails per day. See What's the daily email limit per email account?
Domain planning: the default guideline is 4–8 mailboxes per domain (up to 50 per domain is a tested configuration). For 100 mailboxes, plan for around 13 domains at 8 mailboxes per domain; for 300 mailboxes, around 38 domains.
Google Workspace mailboxes
Google Workspace availability (current status): Google Workspace mailboxes are still supported on plans that already include Google Workspace allotment. New or additional Google Workspace allotment is not currently available to purchase, so all new mailbox purchases are SMTP mailboxes. If you need Google Workspace mailboxes beyond what your plan includes, contact us in chat with the number you need and we'll confirm your options and timing — the same 10-mailbox minimum purchase applies to Google Workspace mailboxes as to SMTP.
