Why Does It Matter?
You can choose whether to use the new UI theme without affecting other users in your organization. Your selection applies only to your own account, even when an organization-wide default is enabled.
What You’ll Need
Access to your SubcontractorHub account.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open Your Profile Panel
Click your profile icon to open the profile panel.
Find the "New Look" toggle.
Step 2: Turn the New Theme On or Off
If your organization has enabled the new theme as the default, the "New Look" toggle will be on by default.
Turn the toggle off if you prefer the old theme.
Turn it on whenever you want to switch back to the new theme.
Note: Changing this toggle affects only your account. It does not change the theme setting for other users.
First-Time Login Experience
The first time you log in after the update is deployed, you’ll see a pop-up introducing the new look.
Click "Try it out" to enable the new theme.
Click "Not now" if you’d prefer to keep your current theme for now.
You may also see a blue notification dot on your profile icon to highlight the updated profile settings. The dot disappears once you open your profile panel.
