How to Access and Edit Return Form Styling

To customize your return form, go to Settings > Styles & Banners in your dashboard. Here you have two ways to update the style of your form:

  • Advanced Styling – For basic visual adjustments like text, buttons, checkboxes, and input fields.

  • CSS Tab – For advanced changes, such as setting font-family or other custom CSS not available in Advanced Styling.

Note: Changes in Advanced Styling can override some CSS and vice versa. Always review your form after updates.

What You Can Do via Advanced Styling page?

  • Text – Adjust font size, weight, line height, and color for main text and headings.

  • Buttons – Style regular, hover, and disabled states with options like font size, color, background, borders, and border radius.

  • Checkboxes – Customize border width, color, style, radius, and text font options for regular and disabled states.

  • Input Fields – Adjust font size for input fields and placeholder text to match overall form styling.

Tip: Advanced Styling is ideal for most common form customization without using CSS.

What You Can Do via CSS page ?

  • Font-family – Set the font for your form text and headings.

  • Advanced Styling Tweaks – Add any custom CSS for styles not available in the Advanced Styling interface.

Tip: Use the CSS tab only if you are comfortable with CSS. Changes here override certain settings in Advanced Styling. You can reach out to support@yayloh.com for more advanced changes.

Apply and Preview Changes

After making adjustments in either Advanced Styling or CSS:

  1. Click Apply Changes in the top-right corner.

  2. Refresh your return form to see updates.

Tip: Always review your form after applying changes to ensure it meets your brand requirements.
