By completing this training, you will be able to:
Understand how access and permissions work in ANVL
Manage users and Groups (Sites) without impacting production
Use Admin Portal tools correctly, including bulk actions
Organize workflows using categories (without designing workflows)
Troubleshoot common admin issues using reference guides
⚠️ Important: All hands-on practice must be completed only in a Demonstration (UAT) Group.
🧭 How This Training Works
Each module follows the same simple flow:
Read a small set of focused help articles
Practice the task in a Demonstration / UAT Group only
Check that your results match what’s expected before moving on
🔐 Required Permissions
Before starting this training, make sure you have the following access:
Job Role: Business Administrator
Permission Level: Admin / ANVL Web
Special Rights: Admin Portal
🔎 Some practice activities may also reference Can Modify User or Workflow Management. These are not required to complete the full training unless specifically assigned by your organization.
