Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to “Settings”.

Scroll down to “Task Template Queues” and click the “Edit” button.

Turn on the “Enable Task Templates Round Robin” toggle and click the “Add Queue” button to add users to the queue.

Type theQueue Name, Type, Sub Type, andUsers. Click “Save”.

Click “Update” to save the changes.

Click “Manage Database” from the main menu and select “Database” from the dropdown.

Step 7

Click “Installation” and then “Solar System”. Select “Task Templates” from the dropdown.

Click “Add”.

Provide a “Subject” name and select “Role” from the “Assign To” options. Subsequently, select therole, stage, andother details. Click “Add” once you have filled out all the information. The task will be assigned to the user, who is next in line, using theRound Robin logic.
