When a change order is open or pending, by default the project manager cannot move stages. However, this functionality can now be enabled viaSettings. Here’s how:

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
From themain menu, click yourorganization’s profileand select “Settings”.
Step 2
Go to “Project Settings”.
Step 3
Click on theediticon.
Step 4
Scroll down to “Enable stage progression while change order is open/pending” setting and turn on the toggle.
Step 5
Click “Update”.
