Why This Matters
To make documentation easier and more consistent, you can now upload example photos in the Installation section of the database. These photos will show up under the"Installation Photos" tab in the“Photos” section of each project’s details page, helping teams follow the same visual standards. You can add these reference images directly from the Installation tab. Follow the steps below to upload an example photo. Note:This process applies to all job types added within an organization. You can upload example installation photos for various job types such as solar, roofing, and battery etc.

Admin access to SubcontractorHub
A web browser (Chrome or Edge recommended)
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
Click“Manage Database” to expand the section, then select the“Database” tab.
Step 2
In the left-hand menu, click on“Installations.”
Step 3
Under the“Installations” section, go to“Solar System” and then to“Installation Photos”.
Step 4
Click the“Add button” in the top right corner.
Step 5
Enter theName, select yourFinance PartnerandStatus, and provide aDescription. CheckIs Requiredif the image upload should be mandatory and click“Update” to save.
Step 6
Once saved, click the" eye icon" to preview the image.
Step 7
Verify that the correct images have been uploaded. Note:You can view all added example photos under the"Photos" section of the project details page under the"Installation Photos" tab. Simply click theeye iconnext to the relevant label and view the image.
