Customizing your task views helps your team focus on what matters most for each project. When columns and fields are set up right, everyone knows exactly what needs attention — without the clutter.

From your dashboard, locate the profile icon in the upper-right corner. Click it, then select “Settings” from the dropdown menu.

In the Settings panel, scroll or navigate to find the “Application Settings.”

Click on the "Edit" icon to begin making changes.

Check the boxes forProjectsandTasksdepending on which module you want to customize. This enables column configuration for those specific sections.

Click on “Update” to save your changes.

Return to theTasksview. At the top of the task list, click theSettings icon, then chooseManage Columnsfrom the dropdown options.

A new tab will appear, displaying the list of available columns. From here, you can drag to reorder them, hide any unnecessary fields, or make others visible. Once satisfied with the layout, clickSaveto apply your changes.
