From the main menu, open the“Manage Database” dropdown and click“Database”.

Go to “Additional” and click “TaskFields”.

The task fields can be set up from here. The first three fields, i.e.,Subject, Assign To, andPriorityare required. The remaining fields can be turnedSelectedorUnselectedand madeOptionalorRequiredas per requirement. You can also drag and drop the fields to change their placement.
