See if a customer is getting your emails (estimates, work orders, invoices...)

Key Points

  • Use the Email Delivery Statuses report

  • Add filters and extend the date range

  1. From the Dashboard click Reports

  2. Add a Date range 

  3. Click Add Filter

  4. Click Recipient

  5. Enter the customer's name

  6. Everything emailed to the customer appears
