Determine the total AVERAGE of customer annual value

Use the Account Value By Customer report
Filter the date range
From the Dashboard, click Reports
Click Account Value By Customer report
Change the date to reflect an annual report, such as 1/1/2019 - 12/31/2019
Click Apply
Scroll to the bottom for the total value
Divide that number by the number of rows in the report
