Maildoso provides a Global Tracking Domain option that can be enabled from our side and is turned on by default for your account.
To view this setting, log in to your Maildoso account, click the profile icon in the top-right corner, then go to Settings. You will find a toggle there to enable or disable it.
We don't support adding a third-party / custom tracking CNAME from your sending tool, since we manage your domain's DNS. For what the built-in tracking is and how it works, see What's a Global Custom Tracking Domain?
