How to Filter At Risk Projects?

The new filters make it easier to find and prioritize at-risk projects. You can quickly narrow projects down by stage, blocker, rep, or project coordinator, then sort them by how long they have been at risk.

Step 1: From the main menu, click “Manage Projects” and select “At Risk Projects” from the dropdown.

Step 2: On the listing page, you will find multiple filtering options. The “stages” filter will let you view the at risk projects from different stages.

Step 3: Similarly, “blockers” filter will let you filter according to what’s blocking the at risk projects.

Step 4: You can also filter by the “reps” handling the project.

Step 5: Similarly, “project coordination” filter allows you to filter by project coordinators managing the projects.

Step 6: You can also arrange the at risk projects according to the number of days the project has been at risk using “Days at Risk”.

Step 7: The “Stage” option lets you arrange the at risk projects according to stages.

A project coordinator wants to see which of their projects are at risk and have been stuck the longest. They can use the Project Coordination filter to find their projects, then sort by Days at Risk to identify which ones need attention first.

Start with the Project Coordination or Reps filter, then use Days at Risk to prioritize the projects that have been stuck the longest.
