What You'll Need

Access to SubcontractorHub Platform.
The organization needs to have the Arrivy task integrated.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Click “Manage Database” from the main menu and click “Database” from the dropdown.

Step 2

Click “Additional” and click “Automations” from the dropdown.

Step 3

Click “ + Add” to add new automation.

Step 4

Provide a title for the automation and click “Next”.

Step 5

Select “Project” as your job type and click “Next”.

Step 6

Select your preferred job type and click “Start Now!”.

Step 7

Click the “ + ” icon beside “Add Start Trigger(s)”.

Step 8

Click the preferred trigger. For this workflow, we are selecting “When Field Updated”.

Step 9

Select the preferred field from the dropdown and click “Save”.

Step 10

Click the “ + ” icon above “Automation Ends Here”.

Step 11

In the action list, scroll down to find “Arrivy Task” and select it.

Step 12

Provide category, title, and customize the scheduling options. Click “Save”.

Step 13

Click “Launch” to finish the process.
