Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

The “Hold Project” feature lets you temporarily pause a project without losing progress.

Step 2

Once enabled in your project settings, you can place any project on hold with a reason, marking it clearly in the stages tab.

Step 3

While on hold, tasks and field updates remain editable.

Step 4

When ready, simply resume the project with a single click, ensuring flexibility without disrupting workflows.

Step 1:Click on the “Hi,username” option in the top right corner.

Step 2:Select “Settings”.

Step 3:Scroll down to find “Project Settings”.

Step 4:Click on the “Edit“ button in the far right corner.

Step 5:Turn on the permission for the “Show Hold Button on Project” and click “Update”.
