Your project stages can be automatically synced with the Customer Portal to keep customers informed of real-time progress.

Step 1: Locate “ManageDatabase” and click "Database" on the main menuStep 2:Select Stages from the list on the left within the Database to sync your stagesStep 3:Select the type of job-based on the solar, battery, or roofStep 4:After selecting your job type, Enable or Disableindividual stages by clicking on the "Enabled/Disabled" button.

Use the edit button or the " pen-shaped button" to edit the stage visibilityStep 5: You can synchronize the stage for your customer portal by enabling or disabling the "Is Visible to Customer" option.

Confirm your selection and click on the "Update" buttonREMINDER:Don't forget to put in your description of that stage and a Video URL of the walkthrough (what a customer should expect) if you have one.
