Summary

To have the target areas available to you in the mobile app you must have the correct Property Type selected in the customer's Location page.

In order to have a Target Area available for the Property Type, it must be added to the Property Type in Settings/Property Types and Target Areas.

Key Points

  • Add a Property type in Settings/Property Types and Target Areas

  • Add Location Areas within the Property Type

  1. In Settings/Property Types and Target Areas, click New Location Type

  2. In Location Area, add the Property Type (such as Hotel)

  3. Start adding Target areas (such as Common Areas, Banquet Rooms, Fitness Center..)

  4. When you're done, click Update Location

Note Show in printed forms (10 max) means when you print the Work Order, a maximum of 10 will appear on the printed paper. However, you can have more than 10 Target areas available in a Work Order.

The following are sample Property Types and the common Target Areas that accompany those properties. To get started in the right direction, use the content below to create your own Property Types and Target Areas.

As new scenarios become available you can always add/subtract from your lists.
