When editing a service agreement renewal reminder, the system generates an error message that is presented as an alert.
To correct the error. Follow these procedures.
Scroll down. Look for the Settings group along the right side. Highlight the Template Name.
Use the Delete key and delete the name.
Use the keyboard and retype the template name. Do not use copy/paste.
Scroll to the bottom and click the green Update Service Agreement button.
