EHI Export: How to Export Practice or Patient Data

Use EHI Export to export your practice’s or a patient’s data from Updox, as required by the 21st Century Cures Act. Admin access is required.

What is EHI Export?

EHI Export lets your practice export its data from Updox on its own, without contacting support. You can export data for your whole practice or for a single patient.

It’s provided in line with the 21st Century Cures Act, which gives patients and practices the right to access their electronic health information (EHI).
