Create a New Template
Go to Admin > Templates.
Click New at the bottom of the panel.
Enter a Title and the message content.
Check Active to make the template available to users.
Click Save.
Using Templates
Templates can be applied when composing or sending:
Fax
Email
EHR import
Text message
Secure text message
Users select the template from the dropdown menu when creating a message.
Character Limits
SMS text messages: Templates are only available if the content is 280 characters or fewer.
Secure text messages: Templates can be used if the content is between 281 and 4,000 characters.
Managing Templates
Templates can be set to Active or Inactive.
Inactive templates:
Cannot be used until re-activated.
Are not deleted (they remain stored).
