Practice E-mail
An Updox Admin for your account can set up your practice’s Updox e-mail address under:
Admin → Practice InformationThis allows your practice to send and receive e-mails as the practice.
If a practice e-mail is not set up:
You can still send outbound e-mails
You will be unable to receive replies
User E-mail
An Updox Admin can set an Updox e-mail address for individual users under: Admin → Users → select the user.
Important:
E-mails sent between Updox users must contain at least two lines of text to be deliverable.
**Emails to and from an Updox email should not contain PHI as our email system is not HIPAA complaint.
