Steps to Update the Address
Locate the Order: Use the Global Search bar at the top of the screen to search for the specific order number.
Open Customer Details: On the order page, find the Customer section in the right-hand panel.
Enter Edit Mode: Click the edit icon (pencil emoji) next to the Shipping Address.
Save Changes: Update the necessary fields and click Save. The new address is now stored for that return.
Tips for Successful Label Generation
To ensure the carrier accepts the new address, we recommend the following:
Verify with Google Maps: Copy-paste the address into Google Maps. If Google can't find it, the carrier likely won't either.
Match the Format: Update the fields in yayloh to match the exact format suggested by Google Maps.
Check Key Fields: Ensure the City name, Zip code, Address Line 1, and the two-digit Country Code (e.g., SE, DK, UK) are all accurate.
