How to Close a Return, Exchange, or Claim Request in yayloh?

You can manually close a request in yayloh if no further action, a new order is already placed or when no refund is required.

Steps to Close a Request

  1. Open the request in Yayloh.

  2. Once ready to close (e.g., new exchange / claim order is placed, customer changed their mind, handled outside yayloh), click Processed. Optionally, add a comment for your reference.

  3. The request will be moved to the Processed tab, indicating it’s closed and complete.

Use this feature to maintain a clean workflow without processing manual refunds or credits unnecessarily.

Note:

  1. For customers using automated exchanges, yayloh automatically moves the request to Processed when the exchange is completed.

  2. Manual closure is helpful for scenarios where:

    1. The customer changed their mind and no action is needed.

    2. The issue was resolved outside yayloh.

    3. A claim was rejected and no refund or store credit applies.

    4. A return was canceled.
