Steps to Close a Request
Open the request in Yayloh.
Once ready to close (e.g., new exchange / claim order is placed, customer changed their mind, handled outside yayloh), click Processed. Optionally, add a comment for your reference.
The request will be moved to the Processed tab, indicating it’s closed and complete.
Use this feature to maintain a clean workflow without processing manual refunds or credits unnecessarily.
Note:
For customers using automated exchanges, yayloh automatically moves the request to Processed when the exchange is completed.
Manual closure is helpful for scenarios where:
The customer changed their mind and no action is needed.
The issue was resolved outside yayloh.
A claim was rejected and no refund or store credit applies.
A return was canceled.
