How to delete / edit an order or ticket from a queue that is being processed?

Select the queued requests button in purple to open the side panel.
Check the list incase you need to delete any item on the list.
Click on the delete icon on the right most column to delete any order you don't want to be processed.
Every 1 hour the bulk refund queue will be processed.
