How to limit the maximum number of days to accept a return on an order?

  1. Settings >> Returns >> return period validity

  2. Type the maximum number of days that you want to allow your customers into the text box. The return validity period is by default calculated from the fulfillment date. In case the fulfillment date is not present, we calculate it from the order date.
