Once you've placed an order and selected the expert, full payment must be made upfront. Your funds are reserved within the contract until the final draft is ready.

You may release the funds to your expert once you receive a completed product that you are fully satisfied with. If it’s been more than 8 days past the deadline, and you didn’t release the funds manually, they will be released automatically as a part of our expert’s protection policy.
