Welcome to Launch27! This Getting Started Guide will walk you through the most important areas of the software and how to get them setup.

Setting Up your Account

Settings
Set your support email. time zone, cancellation policies and more inside your Settings > Subdomain tab
Exclude first booking from Frequency Discount- Update whether recurring customers should receive the discount on the first booking or the second.
Block spots for recurring customers- Make sure your recurring customer's preferred spot is reserved on your schedule
Booking Creation Policy- Set a buffer for the first available date that shows or enable same day bookings by updating this setting.
Cancellation Policy- Set when customers can can cancel with and without a fee
Late Changes policy- Manage up to when customers are able to login to their portal and make changes to their booking or reschedule
Duration- Enable duration and decide if you want the system to block spots based on the estimated duration of the booking
Invite Teams (Plus plan feature/Add on to Pro plan available)
Automatically or manually send out an invite to your available cleaners to gauge their interest in taking a job.
Schedule Availability Mode- Determine if you will have your availability run manually based on a max number of jobs you assign to your booking spots or if you prefer your availability to be based off your team's availability.
Availability
Set your business hours and create your default availability for customer's to select when booking.
Services and Pricing
Everything you need to know to get your Services and Pricing created and displaying in the system and on your booking form.
Pricing Parameters (baths, sq. feet etc)- Automatic multipliers of price
Frequencies- Manage your frequency discount offered to recurring customers
Sales Tax- Enable sales tax for the system to calculate tax on the form

Users
Customers- Create and manage your customers inside the account
Office Staff- Set up and manage Admin and Staff users in the account
Teams- Create your cleaners and techs who work in the field inside the system so they can manage their assigned jobs.
Make sure your team availability is entered in so the system can tell you who is available to be assigned to your bookings.
Set your wage method so the system tracks what's owed to your Teams.
Automations
Automated Tasks- Enable system triggers to handle important tasks so you don' t have to worry about them.
Email notifications- Enable and edit your email notifications to all users inside the system.
Add or Remove info from your templates using liquid tags
Master Template- Edit the header and footer that goes out with your emails.
Gift Cards- Customize and add the gift card form to your site to begin taking gift card purchases.
