Save & Exit the Work Order <-This is very important

Summary

When entering materials on the mobile app Locations Used might not be available. This occurs when the Property Type has not been created in the customer's Location page.

Key Points

If you're out in the field:

  • Inform someone at your office to update the customer's Location page
    -OR-

  • Log in to fieldworkhq.com on your device and update the customer's Location page

  • Reload Data on the mobile device

  1. Save & Exit the Work Order <-This is very important

  2. Inform someone at your office to update the customer's Location page, Property Type**

  3. On the mobile app tap the Menu

  4. Tap Settings

  5. Tap Reload Data

  6. Go back into the Work Order

  7. Continue with your work

** Or access it yourself on your mobile device:

  1. Save & Exit the Work Order <-This is very important

  2. Open the browser in your device

  3. Sign in 

  4. Open the customer's account, go to the Location page and add the Property Type

  5. Save the page

  6. Continue with step 3 above
