Find an area with a strong Internet signal
Click the Refresh Circle to force the app to sync
This occurs when the Internet connection was interrupted while the work order was syncing. Usually the cause of this is poor Internet service, or intermittent at that location, even though your device shows 5 'bars' indicating good service.
Click the Refresh Circle in the upper right to force the app to sync with the server, the app will push a connection to the server. If you have Internet connectivity this will solve the problem. If not, find an area with better Internet reception and tap the Refresh Circle again.
IMPORTANT Do not open the work order - just tap the red square.
