Cancel existing appointment and create a new Work Order

Summary

To reschedule an existing appointment in the mobile app, cancel the existing appointment and create a new Work Order on the new day.

Key Points

  • In the calendar, swipe the appointment to the left, tap Change Status and select Cancel

  • In the calendar, click the plus symbol + in the upper-right corner to create a new Work Order

Cancel the existing appointment

In the calendar, swipe the appointment to the left

Tap Change Status, tap Cancelled

Create the new Work Order

In the calendar, click the plus symbol + in the upper-right corner.

Tap Choose Customer and select the customer
Repeat with Choose Service Location...
Select the Technician
Select the new day and time for the appointment
Continue with the remainder entries and click Save
