Complete & Print

When it does not show in the Mobile app

Summary

When you install (or reinstall) the Mobile app, Complete & Print is not available when you close the Work Order. By default, this is turned off when the app is installed.

Key Points

  • Tap the menu and go to Settings

  • Enable the print function

When closing a Work Order on the Mobile app, the choice to Complete & Print is not available. 

This occurs when Print is not activated in your settings as shown below.

To resolve this:

iOS

  1. Tap the menu in the upper left

  2. Tap Settings

  3. Tap the Print slider and slide it to activate printing

  4. If you are using AirPrint, slide that one across as well.
  5. Tap Save

Android

  1. Tap the menu in the upper left

  2. Tap Settings

  3. If the print is off, tap it turn it on 

  4. Printer Model needs to be Open PDF via

For both, tap Save in the upper right. Complete & Print is now available.
