How To Filter Customers

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Go to“Customers” from the main menu.

Step 2

Click the“Filter by Status” dropdown and choose from the following options:All:View all customers. Enabled:View only active (enabled) customers. Disabled:View only inactive (disabled) customers. Filter Customers by Sales RepYou can also view customers assigned to a specific sales representative.

Step 3

Go to“Customers” from the main menu.

Step 4

Click the“Filter by Sales Rep” dropdown and select the desired sales representative to view their assigned customers.
