Step-by-Step Instructions

Click the“Customers” tab from the main menu.
Step 2
Locate the customer and click“Proposals”.
Step 3
Click“View Detail”.
Step 4
Click the"Download" button in the header.
Step 5
The proposal PDF will automatically save in the“Attachments” section. Click the"View Detail" icon to view the proposal in the next tab. Click the"Delete" icon to delete the proposal.
Step 6
Once the proposal is converted into a project, the PDF proposal will automatically be saved in the project’s“Attachments” tab.
Step 7
Click the"View Detail" icon to view the proposal in the next tab. Click the"Delete" icon to delete the proposal. Click the"Download" icon to download the proposal.
