Step 1
Click on the “Leads” tab on the left-hand side.
Step 2
Click on the “Add Lead” Button.
Step 3
Fill out the lead’s personal information:address, name,andcontact information. You can also assign asetterto the lead. Some information may be required fields set by your organization.
Step 4
In the basic information section, you can select thejob type,lead sourceand select a connectedEPC installerfor the lead’s project (if applicable).
Step 5
Click “Save”.
Step 6
You can now view your lead in the Leads tab.Note:Setter and closer information for a lead can be updated based on roles, ensuring visibility is restricted according to your organization’s hierarchical needs. Setter:The team member responsible for contacting the lead, qualifying them, and booking an appointment with a closer. Closer:The team member responsible for presenting the proposal and finalizing the sale with the lead.
