Utility data is pulled automatically from the data source into the consumption profile when creating proposals.

Step 2

The data source is set up by your customer experience manager.

Step 3

If you have recently requested a switch from SolarFax to Arcadia, you will need to switch data sources within the proposals you’re building as well.

Step 4

Follow the steps below to switch data sources within a proposal.

Step 5

Step 1:From your proposal, click“Switch To Standard Savings”.

Step 6

Step 2:Enter a brief description of your reason for switching, then click“Yes”.
