Click on the “Leads” tab on the left-hand side.
Step 2
Locate your lead, go to the “Actions” section and click “Convert”.
Step 3
Click on “Yes” to convert the lead to acustomer.ORYou can also convert immediately after creating and saving a lead by clicking on “Convert” from theLead Detailpage. Note:After a lead converts to a customer, their lead source information can no longer be edited within the“Customer Information” section of their page. The lead sub-source, however, can be changed.
