How to make the Order Design button visible on the proposal page?

Why Does it Matter?

The Order Design button gives your team a simple way to start the Scanifly design process directly from the proposal page. Instead of sending information to the Scanifly portal first, your team can enter the required design information directly in your portal, keeping the workflow in one place and making the process easier to manage.

Step 1: Go to your organization profile and click “Settings”.

Step 2: Locate “Design Tool Settings”.

Step 3: Click the “Edit” icon.

Step 4: Find “Show Order Design Button” and turn the toggle on.

Step 5: Scroll back up and click “Update” to save the changes.

Step 6: On the proposal details page, you will be able to see the “Order Design” button.

After turning on the Show Order Design Button, always click Update to save the setting. Then open a proposal and confirm that the Order Design button is visible before starting the design process.

A sales team uses Scanifly for project designs. Previously, they had to send information to the Scanifly portal to begin the process. After enabling the Show Order Design Button, the team can open a proposal and click Order Design directly from the proposal page, allowing them to provide the required information within the portal.

I turned on the setting, but the button is not showing.

Make sure you clicked Update after enabling the toggle. Then refresh the proposal details page.

I cannot find “Show Order Design Button.”

Go to Settings > Design Tool Settings and click the Edit icon to view the available settings.

The Order Design button still does not appear after saving.

Confirm that Scanifly is configured as the design tool for your organization and that you are viewing the proposal details page.

My changes are not being saved.

After enabling the toggle, scroll back to the top of the settings page and click Update.
