Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Customer stages now appear in a drag-and-drop Kanban view, just like job stages.

Step 2

The feature includes color coding, overdue status, and admin settings.

Step 3

Currently, this feature is available for Ethical Energy only.

Step 4

Step 1:Navigate to the "Customer" section from the main menu.

Step 5

Step 2:Click on “ChangeLayout" in the top-right corner.

Step 6

From the dropdown menu, select “Kanban View”.

Step 7

Step 3:Once in Kanban View, you will see your customers organized in colored- columns based on stages.

Step 8

Step 4:The name of the customer under each stage is color-coded to identify overdue information, while the number of days the customer has remained in that stage is highlighted at the top of the customer name.

Step 9

The color-coding, as configured in theStage Overdue Information, will be visible to indicate overdue status.

Troubleshooting
