Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

The approver will receive an email notification once the design approval is requested. From the email, click on the proposal URL.

Step 2

Click “Approve” to approve the design.

Step 3

Once the design is approved, the sales rep can finance the proposal.​Rejecting a Design​Follow the steps below to reject a design.

Step 4

The approver will receive an email notification once the design approval is requested. From the email, click on the proposal URL.​

Step 5

Click“Reject” to reject the design.​

Step 6

Enter the reason for rejecting the design, then click“Save”.​

Step 7

The proposal owner will be notified of the design rejection and can see your comment in the proposal header.​​

Step 8

After editing the design, the approval request will be sent again if the requirements for design approval are met.
