How To Add A Down Payment To Proposals

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

When creating a proposal, sales reps have the option to add a down payment amount before proceeding with financing.

Step 2

Follow the steps below to add a down payment to a proposal.

Step 3

Step 1:From your proposal, scroll down to the “Financing” section.

Step 4

Step 2:Select thepayment type(percentage or flat), enter thedown payment valueand select the payment method (credit/debit card, cash, check, REF or HDM capital).

Step 5

Click “Update” to save.

Step 6

Note:HDM Capital payment method will only be available if it is enabled by the organization admin.

Step 7

Step 3:The down payment will be added to thepricing summaryof the proposal.
