Step 1

You can add notes to“Lead Tasks” to share updates, provide instructions, or keep internal context in one place.

Step 2

Notes support user tagging, which helps notify the right people when action or attention is needed.

Step 3

This allows sales teams to collaborate efficiently while managing leads.

Step 4

Follow the steps below to add notes to a lead task.

Step 1:From the left-side menu, click“Tasks”.

Step 6

Step 2:Use the“Filter By Module” dropdown to select“Leads”, then choose a task from the list.

Step 7

Step 3:In theNotes Listarea, click the "Add Note"(plus) icon.

Step 8

Step 4:Type your message into the“Note” field and, if needed,type “@” followed by the user’s name to tag them andnotify the correct person.

Step 9

Note:When a user is tagged in a task note, theyreceive a notification by emailand also see anotification in their SubcontractorHub account, which appears in theupper-right corner of their profileunder “Notifications”.
